1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo – gaśniczego. 2. W ramach zamówienia wykonawca przyjmuje do wykonania realizację zamówienia obejmującego: 2.1. dostawa pojazdu zgodnie z wymogami opisanymi w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i w Załączniku nr 1 Projekt umowy, 2.2. uzyskanie wszelkich wymaganych świadectw, certyfikatów, badań, itp. wymaganych przepisami prawa, 2.3. przeprowadzenie szkolenia dla obsługi pojazdu, 2.4. przeniesienie własności na zamawiającego i wydanie mu przedmiotu zamówienia, 2.5. wykonywanie, nie rzadziej niż raz w roku, bezpłatnych przeglądów w okresie gwarancji.
