Pensacola Bay Living Shoreline Monitoring Aerial Survey

Escambia County is seeking a firm to provide shoreline imagery and mapping services for an upcoming large-scale living shoreline project. Base services will include high resolution RGB color photogrammetry and topographic Lidar. High resolution color infrared photogrammetry and topo-bathymetric Lidar services will be considered as potential alternates based on budget and other factors. Aerial surveys will be conducted at three separate project sites over five predetermined intervals. Contract may also include option for additional surveys to support adaptive management plan. Data collected will be used to support evaluation of restoration metrics. Escambia County is considering other arrangements under this RFP where the selected firm only provides guidance, oversight, direction, other forms of direct hands-on support to assist the county to achieve the same overall project goals.
