Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator service. – Implement a rural workforce incentive program designed to recruit and retain healthcare professionals in rural communities.– Ladder payments (a tiered system based on workforce priorities and geographic need)– Recruitment incentives (signing bonuses and relocation stipends for particularly hard–to–fill positions and shift gaps).– Retention bonuses (for healthcare professionals meeting multi–year service commitments). – Healthcare education awards (for students accepted into a healthcare education program, with an emphasis on post–graduate programs).– Develop a comprehensive design of the program, including recommended eligibility criteria, payment structure, award limits, participant agreements, workflows, documentation standards, compliance approach, reporting processes, and implementation recommendations.– Design the program outreach and recruitment plan to promote participation among healthcare professionals and students who may be eligible for program incentives.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
