(1) Vendor needs to provide backup camera system to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Consist of one (1) rear‑facing camera and one (1) in‑cab display monitor.– Provide automatic activation when the machine is placed in reverse, displaying the rearward view to the operator.– Designed to monitor rear blind spot areas and zones obstructed by the backhoe boom and counterweight.– Include a wiring harness system of sufficient length and configuration to allow proper routing and secure installation on Caterpillar 430 backhoe loaders without field splicing.– Provide adjustable image orientation to ensure proper rearward viewing.– Be a minimum 7‑inch thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display with LED backlighting.– Display and camera connection points designed to maintain sealing integrity when installed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6,2026.
