RFP 21-21 Rear View Camera and Monitor System

Ben Franklin Transit is accepting sealed bids for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . Ben Franklin Transit, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting electronic or hard copy proposals for qualified firms to provide the purchase and installation of one hundred (100) rear view camera, driver monitor systems, all needed cabling, software and all user licensing with the option to purchase and install an additional 16 cameras, driver monitor systems and all needed cabling, software and user licensing at the same cost. Proposals are due July 26th, 2021, no later than 2:00 PM (PDT). Questions and Clarification Requests: All questions and clarifications must be submitted via BFT’s FREE e-Procurement Portal, located at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/bft by 2:00 PM (PDT) on 07/15/2021. The deadline is required to give BFT staff ample time to answer questions and provide an Addenda to interested Contractors before RFP due date. Contractors who choose to not use the e-Procurement portal must email all questions or clarifications to the Procurement Analyst.
