Benchmark Tool

The Scranton School District is looking to purchase a student and teacher friendly benchmark tool (preferably for K-4 students if possible or grades 3-12 that is age appropriate for elementary students. This benchmark tool must include high school Algebra 1, PA. Biology and English Lit. as a way to prepare for the PSSA and keystone exams. This benchmark took must be able to launch in Clever and usable on chrome books. The product should have levelled / built in interventions to remediate students' weaknesses based on need and be flexible for students and teachers to use above or below grade levels. It should align to concepts, at the older grades that align to the PA Common Core State Standards and the PSSA. It must produce easy to gather data reports that analyze student progress and end of benchmark data to show comparisons. The platform should gradually provide reteaching lessons and tutorials to assist students where they struggle while providing learning opportunities for students to gain mastery and acquire new skills as they build on more complicated skill sets necessary to prepare for instruction and the state assessments. This platform must be aligned to the Pennsylvania Common Core Standards for Reading, Math, and Science (if possible) The vendor must include professional development via zoom for staff throughout the year as needed during approximately 4 professional development days and able to provide 1-1 or small group support, tutorials, hoe-to guides, and correspondence via email for school principals and staff who may need support beyond the scheduled PD days. We are looking for a three year quote beginning for the the 2024 school year.
