REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Jersey City Public Schools' Curriculum and Instruction Department is currently in the process of adopting a comprehensive English as a Second Language (ESL) Textbook Program for Grades 6-12. A textbook program must include the following: ● Must be available in English and Spanish ● Must be available in print and digital ● Must be aligned to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards and WIDA/ELD Standards ● Resources to support English Language Learners (ELL) and Bilingual students (all languages) ● Instructional materials for building reading comprehension of fiction and nonfiction texts ● Writing resources to teach language mechanics and various text types ● Assessments (diagnostic, formative, summative, and benchmark) ● Digital Tools and reporting features ● Intervention and enrichment activities Use the following link to submit contact information: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1anQ44_4ko7mECsPxkPGc7OzgEoBRXyoRS2hv-RPOBW4/preview
