– Vendor needs to provide cultural teacher and community liaison service to the government authority located in Lawton, ok. – Main point–of–contact in regards to language activities and academy such as our learners showing language at powwows, celebrations, and other public events.– Help in having our learners showcase their language to the public for academy to be viewed as a language hub and actively seek these opportunities for our learners.– Life–long learner of the language and traditions continuously willing to learn new aspects of the culture while maintaining respect for our people and traditions.– Work with media specialist on creating culturally relevant videos pertaining to animals, plants, and traditions.– Assist with team’s additional needs, such as potentially stepping in to instruct language class, speaking with classroom teachers on integrating cultural lessons within the classroom, and additional tasks that arise.
