(1) Vendor needs to provide community communication services.  – Provide public–facing communication, community reporting, digital outreach, and strategic communications planning services that clearly communicate the purpose, progress, outcomes, and community value of the promise scholarship program.     – Support promise branding and communication materials, including templates, graphics, website content, digital content, presentation materials, social media assets, and community updates.  – Develop and implement targeted digital advertising and social media promotion strategies within approved zip codes and audiences identified.– This includes helping determine which organization is responsible for reports, website updates, student–facing information, public updates, partner messaging, and other communication activities.– Provide a detailed narrative and budget for the full contract period, including costs associated with website maintenance, community updates and reports, communication materials, targeted digital advertising, social media promotion, website–ready PDFs, communication planning, and the multi–year communications playbook.– Promise communications playbook to guide future communication, reporting, partner coordination, public updates, website maintenance, social media promotion, and community–facing messaging(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
