(1) Vendor needs to provide historic website design, development and migration services using WordPress CMS.• Web development firms to design and develop a standalone, modern, and highly functional website that will serve as the official digital presence for the department.• Include integration with Google Analytics and Search Console and be optimized for performance, including Core Web Vitals and mobile responsiveness.• Provide a full migration strategy that ensures accurate content transfer, functional links and media, and preservation of SEO value.• The website must be built on the WordPress content management system to ensure flexibility and scalability.• The website must integrate with or embed the existing account with Vermont Systems (WebTrac) to support reservations for camping, shelters, and other amenities.• The website must integrate with a marina management software platform that is currently in procurement, and the vendor must be flexible to support this future integration.• The site should incorporate an events management system, preferably The Events Calendar WordPress plugin.• The platform should integrate with Google tools, social media platforms, and other relevant third–party services as needed.• Notification delivery options may include email, SMS, or browser–based push notifications, depending on feasibility.• The website must feature a clear and intuitive sitemap that prioritizes high–traffic pages and frequently asked questions• The navigation should minimize the number of clicks required to access key information.• The website must feature a modern and visually compelling design that reflects the County Parks brand• The site must meet ADA compliance standards to ensure accessibility for all users.• The site must be ADA compliant, SEO–friendly, and optimized for modern and AI–driven search environments(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
