Liftbilen skal bestå av en kjøretøydel og en liftdel, og ha en dimensjon, kvalitet og utforming som gjør det mulig for Oppdragsgivers personell å utføre drift og vedlikehold av kommunenes veilys på en effektiv og sikker måte. Tilbudet skal omfatte service og vedlikehold av liftbilen i kontraktsperioden.
