Description
The City of Stuart Public Works Department would like to request an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the City of Stuart SE Illinois Ave. Living Shoreline Project. The purpose of this bid is to solicit qualified underground utility & excavation contractors to submit bids for construction of the SE Illinois Ave. Living Shoreline Project. The project consists of erosion control, vegetation removal, placement of Gabions, grading, placement of rip-rap, landscaping, hardscape and construction/restoration. Work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work as specified and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
