Master’s degree in Procurement / Construction Law or related discipline from an HEC recognized university is an added advantage. Procurement professional qualification will be considered an added advantage Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience including three years at a senior management level position. Hands-on experience on the Standard Procurement documents such as PEC Standard Form of Bidding Documents, FIDIC Conditions of Contracts and World Banks Procurement Regulations & Guidelines. International work experience with donor funded projects on Infrastructure works is an added advantage. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to develop and process complex technical documents, reports, papers and recommendations. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Demonstration of excellent knowledge in the field of Contract Management and Procurement. Professional team building and leadership skills. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) if awarded the contract.
