(1) Vendor needs to provide lead strategic planning and systems resilience consultant services.– Serve as a facilitator and strategic advisor, working closely with leadership and participating partners to guide stakeholder engagement, conduct systems–level assessments, identify strategic priorities, and prepare the final strategic plan.– Lead a structured planning process that includes project initiation, stakeholder engagement, systems assessment, strategic planning, implementation planning, and preparation of the final plan.– Work will include reviewing project documents, facilitating interviews and planning sessions with nonprofit partners and stakeholders, assessing opportunities for shared services and infrastructure coordination, identifying strategic priorities.– Developing practical recommendations that strengthen resilience and collaboration across mid–county food access organizations.– Engagement to review progress, address emerging issues, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.– Facilitate stakeholder interviews, listening sessions, partner convenings, and conduct systems, operations, and infrastructure assessment of the mid–county food ecosystem.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
