2286 Elevator Modernization - Bldg HA - Design Consulting Services

The scope of this project will include full design and construction administration services for the modernization of the two passenger elevators in Building HA on the Perry Health Sciences Campus. One elevator has 5 stops and one elevator has 6 stops. The existing elevators are gearless traction type elevators installed in 2012 with a current history of frequent repairs over the last few years. The modernization scope will include the evaluation for replacement of and/or upgrades to the Elevator Equipment Room, Hoistway (including the gearless hoist machines), Elevator Cars and Elevator Lobbies. In order to fully develop the final scope of work, an existing conditions analysis for the above scope of work will be required on a cost benefit basis.
