Request for Proposals for Real Estate Services

The County of Yuba wishes to retain professional real estate services, associated home inspections and yard care services for the purpose of acquiring and reselling residential homes to be rehabilitated through Yuba County’s Acquisition for Rehabilitation Program. The Program will bring properties up to code, improve health and safety issues, address unmet housing needs in the local community, and make homes affordable to households at or below 80% of the County of Yuba’s Median Household Income (MHI) adjusted by household size. Within this Program the County may restore dilapidated housing through extensive rehabilitation, or rebuild homes under contract with a developer if the existing structures are not salvageable or a lot is vacant.
