Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost (if applicable) , supervision, services as necessary for proper completion of the Installation of New Condenser/Chiller Cooling Fan at Seminole Theatre. Scope of Work: System 2 Condenser Fan VFD- Furnish and Install a new factory OEM System 2 Condenser Fan VFD Reconnect all electrical and control wiring Main VFD Fan- Furnish and Install a new cooling fan and test replacing the rivets with screws Test new unit and verify it's operational to manufacture standards Clean, remove and dispose of all debris from site Work to be performed during working business hours- M-F 8am-5pm
