The City of Homestead is seeking a vendor to install a new Condenser Fan VFD and Condenser Fan Motor on System 1 at the Seminole Theatre. The purpose of this quote is to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for the installation of a New Condenser Fan VFD and Motor on System 1 at the Seminole Theatre 18 N. Krome Ave. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost (if applicable), supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications.
