The County of Orange (hereinafter referred to as “County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as “Proposers”) to procure Behavioral Health Worker Field Safety Training Program as described in Section III. Model Contract. The awarded contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) will be a fixed fee contract between County and the selected Proposer(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” in Section III) to procure Behavioral Health Worker Field Safety Training Services, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section III. Model Contract.
