RFQ 2025004 - Quality Control, Geotechnical Engineering & Material Testing

Monroe County School District ('MCSD') seeks to contract with qualified firms to provide Quality Control, Geotechnical Engineering, and Construction Material Testing Services for various capital improvement projects. This contract is anticipated to begin March 1, 2025, with an initial term of one (1) year and three (3) additional annual renewal options. Projects assigned to Respondents under the contract will vary in size and complexity, with smaller projects carrying a construction budget of approximately $50,000 and larger projects carrying a budget of +/- $35 million. Contract award will be divided into two (2) geographic regions: Upper Keys, consisting of projects at sites located from Key Largo (MM107) through Seven Mile Bridge (MM 47); and Lower Keys, consisting of project sites located from Seven Mile Bridge through Key West (MM 0). Respondents may be awarded one or both regions and are not required to bid on both regions to be considered eligible for contract award. This contract is anticipated to start April 1, 2025 and will be valid for one year with up to three one-year renewals.
