DRA-11151 - USA (California) - Active Transportation Project Evaluation and Monitoring Service - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide active transportation project evaluation and monitoring service to the government authority located in CA. – Conduct data collection efforts to support the active transportation project evaluation and monitoring program. – Consultant shall coordinate and implement pre– and post–construction active transportation data collection and evaluation for funded bikeway projects.– Manage data collection efforts, compile and analyze results, and prepare a final evaluation report.• Project Administration• Collect and analyze pre/post–construction data for bikeways• Grant projects: pre/post–project data collection planning and evaluation• Validate eco–counter data, develop adjustment factors, apply adjustment / correction factors• Review existing methodology, update technical appendix, active transportation database updates, develop monitoring reports and evaluation manual.• Develop or Refine translation tool to export Active Transportation (AT) data to agency wide databases.• Assist with regional performance monitoring deliverables(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
