Notice of Intended Single / Sole Source Purchase - TargetSolutions

The description of services intended for purchase from a Single Source is posted in accordance with section 287.057(3)(c), Florida Statutes and will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days. This is a Notice for a Sole Source Source designation for Clay County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: Online training, operations, scheduling, evaluations and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management system for the Clay County's Public Safety Department(s) to utilize. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: This is the only known item/service that will meet the specialized needs of Clay County's Public Safety Department(s). Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with Target Solutions Learning, LLC d/b/a Vector Solutions for supplying the above.
