FY 26-012B Fencing Project

Fencing Project Bridgeton Public Schools is accepting bids from qualified Contractors to provide and install fencing throughout the District. Work will vary by location, and all locations are subject to change, and the Contractor shall not proceed at any location without first receiving permission from the Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds. Fence Installation is part of the definition of public works and is subject to prevailing wage law P.L. 2022, c.113. Scope of Work • Furnish and install 4’ high top and bottom rail • Black chain-link fence • 6’ wide gate • Double 10’ wide gate • 3” Terminals SS40 • 2 ½” Lines SS40 • 1 5/8” Top and bottom rail SS40 • 2B x 8 x 48” KK 9 core • All post set in concrete Project 1 – Cherry Street School Furnish and Install 275 linear feet of 4’ high top and bottom rail black coated chain link fence Including 1 – 6’ wide gate 1 – 10’ wide gate Project 2 – West Ave School Furnish and Install 75 linear feet of 4’ high top and bottom rail black coated chain link fence Including 1 – 10’ wide gate The bid is also asking for a price per linear foot for any additional fencing project for the 2025-2026 school year. To include a price for 6’ wide gates and 10’ wide gates A walk through is recommended to all bidders.
