EXTRA-72201 - USA (Knoxville, Tennessee) - Electric Bus Charging Infrastructure Maintenance Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electric bus charging infrastructure maintenance services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.• Must perform scheduled preventative maintenance service on all depot charging infrastructure equipment from the utility transformer to the bus charger dispenser.• Infrastructure equipment currently includes thirteen level 3 Heliox model 180 depot chargers with two dispensers each, the mobility house smart charging equipment, and Siemens based switchgear.• All equipment scheduled maintenance must be performed in compliance with the respective equipment manufacturers’ preventative maintenance schedule, requirements and directions.• Unscheduled maintenance will require troubleshooting and repair of equipment faults that are causing either partial or system wide charging failures.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
