(1) Vendor needs to provide on–site and on–call mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Provide routine scheduled on–site and on–call mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection services at the agency.– Services are limited to pre–analytic specimen collection functions, including patient identification, specimen collection, labeling, handling, preparation for transfer and associated documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
