Triennial Transportation Development Act (TDA) Performance Audit (RFP# 2021-01)

Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is soliciting proposals for services to conduct Triennial Transportation Development Act (TDA) performance audits covering fiscal years ending June 30th 2018-2019, 2019-2020, and 2020-2021 for SACOG Regional Transportation Planning Agency (RTPA), Smaller and Large Transit Operators in the SACOG four-county region of Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba counties. The audits shall be conducted as specified in the Performance Audit Guidebook for Transit Operators and Regional Transportation Planning Entities (Guidebook) dated September, 2008 and issued by the California Department of Transportation and the most recent edition of the Standard for Audit and Governmental Organizations, Programs, Activities and Functions, published by the Comptroller General. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified auditors or audit team(s) and to provide prospective auditors with guidelines for submission of proposals to SACOG for TDA triennial performance audit services to be performed. Proposals may be submitted for any one, two, or all three of the numbered audit services identified in the RFP.
