Description
The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, or groups of firms, to provide services for the completion of Transportation Development Act (TDA) Triennial Performance Audits. The purpose of these performance audits is to evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and economy of transit operations. The performance audits will be conducted of this Agency, and the two (2) transit operators in Stanislaus County - the Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) and Turlock Transit for Fiscal Years 2020/21 through 2022/23. Technical proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements, format, and guidelines presented in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document.
