(1) Vendor needs to provide alert immunization information system to the government authority located in Salem, OR.       – Alert immunization information system with a more modernized solution comprising an immunization information system to support modernizing data processes state–wide in the integration of multiple existing systems into one, maintenance, and support.– The Alert IIS replacement project will ensure the continued administration of the functionality currently offered within the immunization record information system (“IRIS”) as well as selected features from the partner organization system tracking.– This project aligns with the national data modernization initiative (“DMI”) and supports strategic goal of eliminating health inequalities.  – A database that records all immunization doses administered by participating providers(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than June 29, 2026.          (3) Pre–proposal conference has been held on June 25, 2026.
