HEALTH-10265 - USA (Jersey City, New Jersey) - Occupational and Physical Therapy Services - Deadline June 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational and physical therapy services to the government authority located in Jersey City, NJ.– There are approximately 150 students requiring Occupational and Physical Therapy Services between the ages of 2 1/2 & 21 at various school sites.– Provider Occupational Therapy (OT) and/ Physical Therapy (PT) staff are responsible for facilitating optimal effectiveness of OT/PT therapy services.– These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:– Development of treatment services designed to meet identified goals and objectives.– Development of OT/PT program and use of materials to meet student needs.– Travel time between schools and sites in order to provide services to students– Written reports as required under Section 504.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
