Description
The Jersey City Public Schools is requesting proposals for Occupational and Physical Therapy Services for students receiving Section 504 accommodations that require such and to provide consultation as deemed appropriate. There are approximately 150 students requiring Occupational and Physical Therapy Services between the ages of 2 1/2 and 21 at various school sites.. These numbers can increase and decrease during the school year. Therefore, the Jersey City Public Schools, Department of Student Life & Services, under Section 504 regulations wishes to utilize the services of occupational and physical therapist to provide services required by Section 504.34(a)(b).
