(1) Vendor needs to provide intercom and public address system.- Clear campus–wide communication- Zoned, classroom, and all–call paging capabilities- Integration between buildings- Emergency notification functionality- Expandability for future campus growth- Ease of use for administrative and front office staff- Reliability during emergencies and daily operationsA. Existing System Assessment- Review and assess the current wired intercom infrastructureB. Main Building System Replacement- Remove and/or replace outdated intercom hardware- Install new speakers, call stations, amplifiers, control equipment, and associated infrastructure as NeededC. High School Building Integration- Extend the communication system to the high school building classrooms, offices, common area, restrooms, and including the exteriorD. Communication FeaturesThe proposed system should include the following capabilities:- All–call paging- Zoned paging- Emergency pagingE. Network/IP–Based OptionsThe school is open to modern IP–based communication systems and encourages vendors to propose scalable technologies that support future expansion and integration. F.
