The contract to be awarded from this LOI will be one-time start-up funding to design, equip, furnish, and prepare for opening a program that will deliver residential SUD treatment and withdrawal management services to male and female youth ages 14 – 17 who are diagnosed w/ substance use disorders. Funds awarded through this LOI will be used to initiate the program, including; 4-8 residential treatment beds, withdrawal management, and peer mentor services. The funds awarded from this LOI will enable the awardee to establish a youth residential SUD treatment and withdrawal management services program.
