Washington County Health and Human Services - Behavioral Health: The Addictions program seeks to contract with qualified providers to deliver the following services from July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2027, as follows: Indigent Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Residential Treatment for adults who are not eligible for the Oregon Health Plan, or are underinsured, and income at or below 200% of current year federal poverty guidelines. https://aspe.hhs.govopics/poverty-economic-mobility/poverty-guidelines .
