ITES-10463 - USA (Juneau, Alaska) - QuickBooks Pro Technical Assistance Service - Deadline June 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide QuickBooks pro technical assistance service to the government authority located in Juneau, AK.        – Support services are primarily provided through telephone and electronic contacts including remote access.– Technical assistance trips, each lasting three days at six hours per day, for support and training.– Provide QuickBooks Pro technical assistance for rural sanitation utility, and agency staff.– QuickBooks Pro classes, on–site contractor support, and phone assistance.– Tools and software for remote technical access to utility computers.– A phone line with voicemail service.– Software Troubleshooting.– The contractor must address accounting system issues for rural sanitation utility and agency staff related to all aspects of QuickBooks Pro software, including:– Customer billing system and account receivables per customer.– Payroll– payroll liabilities, adjusting payroll liabilities.– Cash receipting system.– Teach exporting to Excel to produce financial reports accepted.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for one year.          (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on June 17, 2026.
