HVAC Scent Diffuser System for Terminal at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE)

The St. Pete-Clearwater Airport (PIE) is seeking a vendor to provide the installation of multiple HVAC scent diffusers at various locations within the terminal (installation locations are included attachment D). The selected vendor must provide service of the stream of the scent as often as is called for by Airport. Airport staff shall not replace the scent diffusion boxes and shall contact the vendor for any repairs or replacement of the diffuser box or replacement/adjustment of the scent. The successful vendor must provide customer service 24 hours, seven (7) days a week, and shall be included in the cost quoted to the Airport. Scent shall be Tranquil Waters or an approved equivalent or alternative, which is a scent with fragrant notes of fresh lily, leafy greens, and gentle citrus, with surrounding trees providing notes of earthy woodsy musk.
