NON-EXCLUSIVE POLICE TOWING FRANCHISES

The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of a qualified applicants to provide impound, towing, street sweeps, and storage services to the City, as directed by the Police Department. In addition, franchisee(s) must make available through standby or other arrangements towing, recovery, and storage services for vehicles with up to 100,000 pounds in gross vehicle weight, and be able to tow vehicles from within all City-owned and/or operated parking structures. The City of Pasadena (“City”) is requesting applications for non-exclusive franchises for vehicle towing and impound services as directed by the Pasadena Police Department and the Department of Transportation. Applications received after the Application Deadline may not be accepted by the City.
