QUALITY-2913 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Housing Inspection Services - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide housing inspection services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Include conducting housing quality inspections, re–inspections, deficiency reporting, documentation, and related inspection support services.– Providing qualified inspectors, maintaining required certifications and training, completing inspection reports, and ensuring timely communication and coordination.– Provide complete management and administrative service delivery of inspection services for the service.– Provide a back–up Inspector to perform inspections when the scheduled Inspector is unexpectedly unavailable.– Inspect and check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.– Test the ability to manually open and close the garage door if there is no automatic door opener.– Address emergency deficiencies identified during an inspection.– Provide administrative services for the day–to–day operations of the inspection processes and direct supervision of contractor's staff.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
