Employee Development, Safety, and Compliance Training – SCORM Licensing

The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Consultant/Contractors The City of Fort Myers is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide SCORM-compliant training course licensing for integration into the City’s Oracle Learning Management System . The goal is to enhance employee development and compliance training across multiple departments through high-quality, ready-to-deploy eLearning modules. Content must be compatible with SCORM 1.2 and/or SCORM 2004 and support accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with ADA/WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. Training topics should cover a blend of technical skills , compliance , and soft skills relevant to municipal operations.
