(1) Vendor needs to provide opioid harm reduction vending machine supplies to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA. – Provide delivery, installation, and warranty support of six (6) harm reduction vending machines.– The vending machines will provide free harm reduction supplies to the public, including, but not limited to:O Naloxone overdose reversal kitsO Fentanyl test stripsO Xylazine test stripsO Drug disposal bagsO Menstrual hygiene products and kitsO First aid kitsO Hand wipes and hygiene suppliesO Other approved harm reduction materials(2) The contract period will be for three years.
