The City of Gainesville seeks to obtain proposals from qualified attorneys capable of conducting quasi-judicial hearings and issuing orders in matters involving certain violations of the City Code of Ordinances, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article V, Division 8 of the City Code of Ordinances. The City intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into contract/s with the selected proposer/s for provision of the services. *NOTE: Bidder must download the bid document, including specifications, plans, etc. from the Attachments tab.
