Description

The City of Fort Myers seeks a qualified Contractor to provide a turnkey, fully managed automated traffic enforcement program designed to improve roadway safety, reduce traffic violations, and support the lawful enforcement of school zone speed limits and red-light violations. The program shall include design, engineering, equipment procurement, installation, software, operations, maintenance, secure evidence management, violation processing, reporting, customer service, training, and system expansion. All systems, processes, and services shall comply with Florida Statutes sections 316.008, 316.0083, 316.0776, 316.1896, and 316.1906, Florida Statutes, applicable federal regulations, and all City of Fort Myers policies.
