This RFP is to provide minimum requirements, solicit proposals and gain adequate information from which the City may evaluate the vendor's products and services which include group Medical, Dental, and Long Term Disability insurance as a Fully-Funded Group and Self-Funded Group as they compare to other vendors and as they pertain to the needs of the City's organization as defined in this document. * Bundling of Medical and Dental will not be considered for the Fully-Funded Option and Bundling of Medical & Rx will not be considered for the Self-Funded option)
