Employee Voluntary Benefit Products 2025-2026

This RFP is to provide minimum requirements, solicit proposals and gain adequate information from which the City may evaluate the vendor's products and services which include, but not limited to Voluntary Employee (Insurance) Benefit Products: (Section 125 & Third-Party Administration for Consolidated Billing), 457 Administration, Vision, Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Short Term Disability, Group Term Life/Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, Legal Insurance and Pet Insurance as they compare to other vendors and as they pertain to the needs of the City's organization as defined in this document.
