Consultant Services for the Regional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Software Platform.

SBCAG provides regional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) programs, ride matching, trip planning, and travel information branded as the "SmartRide" program. This Request for Proposals is for an updated SmartRide platform. The “platform” should: be provided as a website and iOS / Android app; provide information about different transportation options to the public; help users find carpools / vanpools; facilitate trip logging and verification for all transportation modes (bike, walk, transit, car, electric vehicle, motorcycle, etc.); facilitate TDM programs such as emergency ride home, community carshare, transit subsidies, telework subsidies, and other sustainable transportation campaigns; facilitate distribution of TDM program incentives; and be user-friendly and accessible. It is proposed that the term of the contract is for three years, beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2028, with the option to extend the contract for up to two years.
