(1) Vendor needs to provide e–bike rental partnership services to the government authority located in St. Peters, MO.– Provide guests with a safe, convenient, and enjoyable transportation option while minimizing operational and maintenance responsibilities of the city’s campground staff.– Solution would allow the city access to see live information regarding the ebike’s reservation availability so they can help assist guests with reservations.– Providing e–bikes for guests to rent.– Responsible for ensuring all e–bikes meet the safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the term of the agreement.– Setting and establishing all parameters for the usage of the E–Bikes within the park.– Reservations– Rental agreement for guests.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
