INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST STAFF

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the “Aviation Authority”) is soliciting interested parties to perform provide Information Technology Operations Center (ITOC)/Helpdesk Services twenty-four (24) hours per day seven (7) days per week, on-site services, three-hundred sixty-five (365) days,Desktop Support, and Telecommunications Field Technicians Specialists, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The awarded Proposer will provide all help desk Information Technology Specialist Staff, administrative oversight, and other items necessary or proper for, or incidental to perform the services. The Proposer shall provide technical assistance to the Aviation Authority’s users of computers, networks, servers, portable devices, and peripheral devices, including maintaining and troubleshooting operations and communications hardware and applications and/or system software and peripheral devices in a predominantly Microsoft Windows environment with minor Apple OSX and iOS requirements at the Orlando International Airport (OIA) and Orlando Executive Airport (OEA) in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Agreement, if awarded following the Solicitation process, commence on or about February 1, 2024.
