Staff Augmentation for Washington County Information Technology Services 2024-2029

Washington County Information Technology Services (ITS) department is seeking to engage qualified service providers in five year agreements allowing us the flexibility to directly engage them in projects and staffing commitments for technical support and consulting as needs are identified over the span of the agreement. Organizations must offer benefits to employees and contractors including leave, paid holidays, and bereavement in order to apply. Staff Augmentation opportunities are anticipated due to normal attrition in the technical teams and to address peaks in workloads. Qualified service providers will be expected to serve as a source of reliable and qualified personnel for staff augmentation. Consulting opportunities will be driven by specific environment enhancement and technology refresh requirements that the County expects to identify over the next five (5) years.
