Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide collections and accounts receivable system to the government authority located in California.• Providing a variety of collection services.• To manage delinquent account referrals, track collection activity, send notices, refer accounts to an outside collection’s agency, post payments, reconcile collections, write–off accounts, and produce related reports.• To enforce court–ordered financial obligations, which include the collection of fines, fees, and restitution for victims and monthly distribution of restitution payments through an interface with another system.• Post, adjust, and reverse payments automatically via electronic file transfer and manually.• Automatic posting, adjusting and reversals must accommodate a preset priority order of the financial obligation, as determined by the county.• Overpayments must be tracked separately, as the commission calculation does not apply to overpayments.• Calculate and separately allocate the net collections and various applicable commissions for recorded payments.• Automatically update the account status after posting a payment and or adjustment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
