The City of Killeen, Texas (“City”) is pleased to present a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit interest from prospective firms qualified in the areas of Delinquent Accounts Receivable Collection Services until Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . This RFP outlines the process to be utilized by the City in selecting a competent firm from which the City may negotiate contracts for professional services that will be necessary to complete various delinquent accounts receivables for the City staff. All applicant firms will be reviewed to determine qualifications and competence, and qualified firms will be reduced to a final pre-qualified list of firms. Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Vendors may register and submit proposals electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/login .
