(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud– hosted inmate video visitation and phone system.• Provide a fully operational inmate video visitation and inmate phone system that enables the public, attorneys, and authorized officials to conduct remote audio and video visits with individuals housed.• A county agency and operated VVS solution, to include all necessary information, pricing, specifications, and suggested design and layout for hardware, software, configuration, networking recommendations, testing, documentation and training services needed.• Provide, configure, and warranty a new Internet Protocol (IP) based VVS.• IP based Video stations in housing units, counselling rooms, and control stations• Secure network communications• Video Visitation and management system (application and independent storage system)• Web access (internal and secure external)• Web based scheduling (internal and secure external)• Jail Management System (JMS) integration• Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) integration• Integration Services and Training• Cabling Services• System warranties and monitoring(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 25,2026.
